A summary to help you read. The sections below are the full text.
Before you buy
#Perchy is free to use, and every new Mac gets 7 days of Perchy Pro first, with no email or card. That is the best way to check that Pro suits you and your Mac. Perchy needs macOS 14 or later; one Pro license runs on up to two Macs. The landing page and its FAQ show what Free and Pro include.
Asking for a refund
#Within 14 days of your purchase, you can have your money back for any reason, no questions asked. Write to support@getperchy.com from the email address you used at checkout. If you want to tell us what went wrong, it helps us fix it for others, but you do not have to.
We reply to every request by email. You can also ask Link, which runs our checkout, through the link in your receipt.
After 14 days
#After the 14 days, we still refund when:
- Perchy Pro does not run on your Mac and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice, or bought a second license by mistake.
- Any other case where the law entitles you to a refund.
How the money comes back
#Refunds go back to the payment method you used, for the full amount you paid, tax included. Once we approve it, Link passes the refund to your bank or card issuer; how long it takes to show up depends on them.
What happens to the license
#When a purchase is refunded, its license key is revoked. On each Mac that used it (up to two), Perchy goes back to Free the next time it checks the license. Your settings and data stay where they are.
Chargebacks
#Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank; it is faster for both of us. If a payment is disputed or reversed, the license key bought with it is revoked. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the key works again.
Your legal rights
#Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, such as a right to cancel a purchase of digital content or to a remedy when a product does not work as described.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
