Get Perchy
#One DMG for every Mac with macOS 14 or later. Free has no time limit, and the first time it starts on a Mac you get 7 days of Pro: no email, no card.
Installing
#Open the DMG and drag Perchy to Applications. No password and no Terminal. The first time you open it, macOS asks whether you want to open an app downloaded from the internet and says Apple checked it for malicious software: choose Open.
After that, updates arrive inside Perchy itself. What each one changed is in the changelog.
Check that it is the real Perchy
#Every release is signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, and the SHA-256 hash of each DMG is published. Is this the real Perchy? shows the two Terminal commands that only read the signature, what they must print, and the hash of each release.
